As a Border Patrol Agent, my days on the job include hiking in mountains and canyons.  The pain in my lower back was making my job very unpleasant, not to mention difficult.  The pain was becoming unbearable and making me miserable.  My performance at work was no where near what it was before I began experiencing such extensive pain.  I decided to come to SDCD because my attempt at self-stretching and my girlfriend’s massages were just not working.  Visiting SDCD was a very smart choice!  I am still improving and my job has become something I really enjoy again.  There is nothing holding me back!  Little things such as getting in and out of my car were beginning to get annoying and painful.  Now I don’t even think twice about it.  I saw my back pain leading to laziness.  I thought that it was a sign of age and natural deterioration.  I was so wrong!  Thanks, San Diego Chiropractic Doctors!  I don’t know what I would have done without you!

Prostate Cancer was why I paid a visit to SDCD.  When I walked into their office, I was hoping that something could be done to improve my condition.  The doctors assured me that they could help.  I had suffered loss of sleep due to frequent urination at night (approximately 5-6 times per night) and found myself needing to change my daily schedule so that I could be near a restroom.  Since beginning Chiropractic care, I have noticed many pleasant changes.  Those unwanted visits to the restroom were decreased to only once or twice every night; I no longer experience frequent uncontrolled urination during the day; and can travel without needing to be near a restroom.  It has been six months since my initial visit and in that time I have had more energy and vitality than I did before receiving such wonderful care.  My PSA test was the lowest it has been since September of 2005.  This is due to the addition of different vitamins, food supplements, and Nano Greens to my diet.  Regular Chiropractic care and acceptance has improved my lifestyle!

My reason for seeking Chiropractic care was my hips.  They were out of alignment by about two to three inches.  My ability to walk was decreasing each day.  I was unable to get comfortable while sitting, standing and lying down.  I could not concentrate well and felt tired often.  Thanks to SDCD, my hips are aligned!  I am stronger and more flexible.  My pain is gone and I feel more energetic.  Having received such wonderful care at SDCD, I am now able to stand up straight and tall with my shoulders back.  I feel much lighter on my feet.  I also noticed that I haven’t had any migraines.  I feel like a new person and encourage others to seek out Chiropractic care.  SDCD is a great group of people!

SDCD has helped me in many more ways than one.  I visited SDCD because I had neck and back problems.  At one point I also had Laryngitis.  Being involved in my church choir, my Laryngitis made singing next to impossible.  I was going to have to cancel a singing engagement that I had at church so I tried not speaking in an attempt to “get better faster”.  That was almost impossible, not to mention it did not work.  After receiving care from the doctors at SDCD, I was able to go to practice that night and sing!  I sang at church the following Sunday!  Thank you San Diego Chiropractic Doctors for all you have done and all you continue to do!
